Questions relating to Covid 19

Are you open as usual?

Yes! The Yalla Platform is open around the clock and we are actually getting an increase in service requests during this time of Corona when travel is limited and social distancing recommended. Has COVID-19 affected yalla delivery times?

Not at the moment. Our logistic partner DHL operate as normal with our pick up & deliveries, being delivered on time despite the exceptional circumstances caused by the Corona pandemic. We'll keep you updated on this page in case there are any disruptions in Yalla Operations.

Has COVID-19 affected yalla warranty service?

No, the coronavirus has not affected our warranty processing times. There have been some slight internal delays, however, due to the availability of some replacement parts, but we have solved it for now by arranging replacement shipments. Our warranty service process phones within 2-4 days of receipt.

General Questions

Do you offer repair services in my region?

Yalla is being rolled out across Spain in steps, to check if we are delivering in your region simply press the "Fix my phone” button and add your postal code.

What types of devices do you repair?

To start Yalla will repair most frequently used mobile phones and tablets including Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi etc. If you happen to have a device not listed, simply contact us for a quote we most likely will be able to fid it for you

What is your warranty policy?

Yalla service repair comes with standard 12 month guarantee in accordance with terms & conditions being met. With exception of devices that have been subjected to "water damage” or “motherboard” and devices that have been previously repaired by someone other than Yalla, we cannot take responsibility for.

Is your technical staff qualified for the job?

Our repair technicians are certified mobile repair professionals with extensive experience to meet Yalla service standard. Our success is contributed to, and depended on our satisfied customers. We take our commitments to satisfy customers very seriously. Its at the core of what we do.

What payment options are available?

We work with leading payment provider and accept most common debit and credit cards like VISA and MasterCard.

What if I'm not happy with a repair?

We have 1000s of satisfied customers, and we take customer satisfaction very seriously. Its at the core of what we do, and our success is contributed to, and depended on our satisfied customers. In the unlikely event you would not be satisfied we very much would like to know about it and recommend you contact us directly via the Yalla Customer Satisfaction form. Provide information, and a Yalla representative will contact you promptly.

How do I know how much a repair will cost?

Yalla is market leader in mobile repair services, and provide best price quality repair on market. To get pricing, simply press the "Fix my phone” button, select type of device and service or repair option and a you will get a quote.

Do you use original parts?

We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and only work with Yalla certified high quality parts - both originals and best alternatives on market.
